The Executive Chamber of the Oyo State Governor’s Office is agog with finishing touches as Governor Seyi Makinde is set to swear in 15 new Permanent Secretaries.
The names of the new PS which surfaced early this morning was said to be a surprise to the state workforce, especially the affected workers.
